Secure Packaging
Place the jewelry in its original luxury presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton with all original certificates and documentation.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid, insured shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous labels are visible.
Inspection and Refund
Once our gemologists verify the condition and authenticity of the returned piece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
